What does 'self-install' mean on the Free tier?
Each user installs the Chrome extension themselves from the store. There's no admin console, no central billing, no usage reporting until you upgrade. Enough for five-to-ten-person teams.
How does the 14-day Team trial work?
No credit card upfront. You get the admin console for 14 days, can push to up to 100 seats, and see how it fits. At day 14 we ask if you want to continue; if not, everything pauses without data loss. No auto-conversion.
Do you do annual contracts?
Yes, Business tier only. 15% discount vs monthly. Annual invoice, net-30. Email hello@snaredge.com to set up.
Can I move between tiers later?
Yes, any direction, any time. Downgrade from Team back to Free if your team shrinks below 10; we just turn off the admin console features. Upgrade whenever you cross the seat threshold.
