Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of snaredge.com and the SnareEdge browser extension.

Last updated: 2026-04-15

01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing snaredge.com or installing the SnareEdge browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms are issued by SnareEdge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

02 Description of service

SnareEdge is a browser extension that provides real-time phishing and credential-reuse protection. The free tier covers up to 10 seats with no credit card required. Paid plans add admin features, directory integrations, and priority support. Specific features are described on this website.

03 User responsibilities

You agree to use the service lawfully. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, interfere with, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside of our responsible-disclosure programme. You must maintain the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you.

04 Intellectual property

All content on this Site and the SnareEdge Extension are the property of SnareEdge Ltd or its licensors. No rights are granted to you beyond those expressly stated in these Terms.

05 Warranties and limitation of liability

The service is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, except as required by applicable consumer-protection law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnareEdge Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be lawfully limited.

06 Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. We may suspend or terminate access for any user who materially breaches these Terms. You may stop using the service and uninstall the Extension at any time.

07 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights under your local law.
