What counts as a 'seat'?

A seat is a unique end user who has SnareEdge installed in at least one browser. We count the human, not the device. A single user on laptop + phone uses one seat.

Do free seats expire?

No. Ten seats are free forever with no time limit. We don't do 'free trial' with a countdown, that's not how we want to do business.

What happens when we hit 11 seats?

The 11th user gets installed but triggers a prompt asking you to upgrade. The extension keeps protecting them for 14 days while you decide. After that, the 11th user's protection pauses unless you upgrade.

Can we go back to Free from Team?

Yes, any time. If you fall below 10 active seats and want to stop paying, email us. No cancellation fee.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes, 15% off if you pay annually. Contact sales for annual billing.

Do you offer NHS or charity pricing?

Yes. NHS trusts and registered charities get 40% off Team and Business. Proof of status required.
